Games are important.

                          Games are Important.

There are a lot of games. We can learn different thing from all kind of games. Games are different. We can play online, physical game, thinking games , competitive, games and games just for fun. Games are important to me because they keep me happy and I can challenge myself. Some games are really good because they are math games and other learning games. Some games are really hard but I just keep trying to improve. Games are important to other people because they help us people keep fit or help other people get fit and some even entertain little kids like Soccer those kind of games help other be happy and stay active. Some games teach you thing that you didn’t know. If there was no games invented no one would be fit some people might be unhappy and some might be grumpy. It would be calm in schools when their games but when their are no games all the kids and some adults would be really bored. Games are important because they keep others happy and games are important to others because they make other happy if there was no games it would be bored. Re’Al Nepe

Why Meerkats are small?

Why Meerkats are Small. On a hot day there was a Meerkat as big as a tiger, He loved going swimming & his name was Jimmy. One day when Jimmy was walking to the pools, there was a lion that wouldn't let Jimmy go in the pool. The Lion was getting so angry because Jimmy kept trying to get into the pool so the Lion roared so loud that Jimmy shrunk in fear. After he shrunk, He felt good because the lion had trouble finding the meerkat. So when the lion comes and tries to hunt him, he can go into into their tunnels under the dirt and hide there. The Lion ran away because he was scared of what he done or did and then Jimmy & his friends went for a Swim in the Pool. When Jimmy was swimming with his friends, he went out of the pool with his friends & they were so happy that Jimmy was safe so they celebrated at and Jimmy’s house and lived happily ever after and that’s why he is small and Meer means small. Rangitoto recount

Rangitoto Recount On the 11th of june the year 6 , 7 and some of the year 5 from Tamaki Primary went to rangitoto we had to catch a bus to town where the ferries we're then we had to take a ferry to Rangitoto there was people who provided us food they were from Tasti and they also gave us heaps of water incase we didn't have any in our bags. When we got to Rangitoto we got put into groups I was in a team with Frances and Ana the parent helper was Tracy she was one of the Tasti people. At the start of the walk we ended up going the wrong way and then some kids ran down and said “ You're going the wrong way “ so then we went back up and just followed the person in front it was really hot when we we're walking I had a break because my Parent helper was way way at the back of me. When we got to the stairs there was an amazing view when we kept going up we could see and hear other teams. When we went up all the stairs we we're there and we all sat down and had our lunch then we went back down it wasn’t hot when we back down it was cold. When we got on the ferry we all relaxed then we got off hopped on the bus and got to school at 4.30 it was fun seeing Sky city from the top of Rangitoto and it was fun on the ferry that was my second time going there.
